As a former ASID Industry Affiliate (1984), and DuPont Teflon™ distributor, FiberGuard has always been an innovator by being the first to offer on-site non silicone fabric and carpet protection with long term limited warranties (up to 5+ yrs.) at rates that were competitive and then, by providing peace-of-mind service that was immediate and without equal, that included a wide range of cleaning programs for carpet, area rugs, drapes and leather furnishings. We thought that, since every major purchase we make – cars, appliances, etc. – had warranties, why not furniture?
As a top executive with the largest cleaning company in the world (700+ trucks in 45 major US markets), the author of cleaning manuals, providing training and consulting, and participating in regional trade groups our owner has always taken an industry leadership position.
Our programs historically included the lowest cost ratio to years of in-home service in our industry, the longest warranty period, discounts of service for long term loyalty, and a customer approach that has resulted in many tens of thousands of furnishings being protected - cleaned – and personally serviced by our technicians in our service area.
Our goal is to continue to lower consumer costs, improve service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, lower fears associated with in-home service to customers by reducing our labor turnover and verifying our labor is “substance free”, combined with providing industry leading training and support, reduced consumer complexity, and focusing on “healthful home” initiatives.

*Immediate, Experienced and Competent telephone and on-site service for spots and stains and cleaning (see our Written Limited Warranty) for either program you or your client choose.
*Choice. Whether “applied vs. non-applied protection”, our customers still get the same in home service for emergencies.
*Regular Sales and Discounts. Previous customers receive a discount (as much as 50%) for re-protecting and special offers by mail and 10% of the sale as a “thank you” for referrals. Prices that are competitive.
*We follow up for years by mail and periodically telephone to reassure and review your Written Limited Warranty and help with any spot/stain removal.
*Time. With little advance notice…and no need to worry about scheduling “one more tradesperson”, just call us and tell us when you need service…that’s all. We’ll take it from there.
